The Chandigarh Housing Board website no longer has a dues certificate.

Abhay Shah - March 6, 2023

CHANDIGARH: The no dues certificate (NDC) can be promptly obtained from the Chandigarh Housing Board (CHB) website, which is a huge relief for the majority of allotters and applicants.

Nowadays, allottees and applicants must file an application for NDC before requesting a variety of services, including permission to transfer units, change addresses, or get a mortgage, among others.

“The online NDC service is accessible for all residential units with the exception of those in Manimajra Phase-I. The process of getting NDC takes many days.

To supply similar amenities to residential units in Manimajra Phase-I may require some additional time. In approximately a week, a comparable online NDC option will be made accessible for business units, small apartments, and cheap rental housing flats, according to Yashpal Garg, CEO of CHB.

In the meanwhile, CHB released the results of the written test for 39 positions. In October 2022, the CHB issued an invitation for applications for direct hiring for certain of the open positions.
