Real Estate developer from Gujarat, 7 Oak has introduced “Bada Property Exchange Applications” in order to facilitate the process of finding and exchanging properties.

The platform would allow customers in Indian towns and cities to identify individual properties to be exchanged at different places. “For instance, A Gujarat client may exchange his flat in Ahmedabad against a property, shop, flat or plot of land in Surat or Mumbai. If the two buyers and sellers decide on the price of each property, they will enter into a contract selling the properties and swap it,” said Rajdipsinh Chudasama, director of 7 Oak.

“Although the system does not remove property advisers, we are opening a platform to increase transparency and customer control,” said Hardeepsinh Rana, COO of Bada Property Exchange. “The risk of a property broker being compromised would be entirely eliminated, since the buyers and sellers would be in a position to review the respective property listings,” he said.

The company has accredited property advisors whose services can be obtained once buyer and seller find a match. “Ahmedabad City has 20 property advisors in the company’s panel. Any customer can get the service of these consultants and give brokerage to him. If any party feels that it has a satisfactory deal, a consultant can be avoided,” said Rana.
