The real estate development arm of Piramal Group (Piramal Realty) has successfully launched a unique concept at Piramal Mahalaxmi in South Mumbai called as ‘Back to Nature – Space to Grow’. This idea is central to the dedication of Piramal Realty to Biophilia, a design philosophy that seamlessly integrates natural light, space, ventilation and greenery into well-being and communal environment. The project “Back to the Nature-Space to Grow” will cover approximately 2 acres of green space across the project for the people of South Mumbai. Piramal Mahalaxmi is a 4-acre development project.

In Piramal Mahalaxmi, a flagship project of Piramal Realty, over 60 distinctive miniature fairy gardens have been displayed, each with its own tale. These small gardens are influenced by memories of childhood. They also capture initial gnome, elve and fairies.

Today, over 60 distinctive miniature fairy-gardens inspired by children’s memories caused by the natural globe have been presented. This reinforces the efforts of Piramal Realty to create spaces to support natural living and areas for people to flourish.

The project is to be one of the biggest premium housing projects in South Mumbai.
