Navi Mumbai is as one of the porsche areas in Mumbai. Most of the people dream about to reside in the land of Navi Mumbai. Panvel is one node in Navi Mumbai that is developing in a similar manner.

Union Ministry of Housing and Urban affairs (MoHUA) launched ‘Ease of Living Index 2018’ which mentioned Navi Mumbai as the second- best city to live.

Mr Navin Makhija, (MD of Wadhwa Group) says “Scarcity of land and quick urbanization in Mumbai, are bringing about a move on impact and guiding financial specialists to turn towards developing zones, which could ‘top’ in the coming years. As more areas keep on leaving the span of a specific cross-fragment of buyers, Panvel is developing as a most loved for buyers. The legislature has officially taken a few activities, to build a quality framework in Navi Mumbai, particularly in and around Panvel. This has helped developers to set up tasks here”.

Further, he added “With the ongoing declarations like the Goregaon-Panvel local train, which is set to wind up operational, the change of the cargo line between Panvel to Karjat into a traveler line and the Navi Mumbai Airport, which is relied upon to be utilitarian by 2021, network to Panvel will improve essentially. These improvements have prompted a free for all of the enquiries about properties in the region. The proposed NAINA city (Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Notified Area) by CIDCO, which is underway, is another factor adding to the expanded intrigue.”
