Jaipur Development body has approved 4 new housing schemes

The Jaipur Development Authority has approved four new housing schemes on Friday in a project work committee meeting. It is expected that for the new schemes, applications could soon be asked by JDA and besides that plans for renovation of roads, sewerage lines, and electrification were approved.

Under the housing scheme a total of 1250 plots were created under which in Gajadharpura’s Gajadhar Nagar village, 496 plots of 42 sq. m to 120 sq. m will be created. In tehsil Jaipur for Dharam Vihar housing schemes up to 300 plots will be created which will be 92 sq. m to 162 sq. m.

Kesar Vihar housing scheme in Sanganer tehsil was approved in which 269 plots were created which will be up to 45 sq. m to 72 sq. m and in Bhabhoriya’s Deendayal Nagar, blueprints are approved in which 189 plots will be created for 120 sq. m to 220 sq. m.

With the housing plans many development works were also given a green signal. In the city in six places public toilets will be created for which Rs 2.60 crore is sanctioned. In sector 29 remaining areas which are not connected with the sewer line will be joined and Rs 3.96 is sanctioned. There will also be renovation worth Rs 1.36 crore and for Prithviraj Nagar (PRN) south sewer line will be constructed worth Rs 186 crore.

In the PRN north Kalwara road, Gokul nagar scheme electrification will be done worth Rs 4 crore. Near the former President Bahiro Singh Shekhawat memorial site, a 1200 sq. m library will be created.
