Mumbai, India: I-Stay Housing has been honoured with the Real Estate Brand of the Year 2026 award at the 9th Real Estate & Construction Industry Leadership Awards 2026, organised by Realty Quarter in Mumbai. The recognition celebrates I-Stay Housing in the real estate brand category at an event dedicated to acknowledging achievements and professional excellence across the property and construction sectors.

The awards ceremony was held on 10 October 2026 at The Orchid Hotel, Vile Parle, Mumbai. The event brought together real estate developers, consultants, entrepreneurs, investors, marketing professionals and industry association representatives to celebrate contributions across the sector.

The ceremony commenced with a traditional lamp-lighting event attended by Mr. Pawan Chauhan, company director Ms. Shaista Ansari and industry dignitaries. A key highlight was the panel discussion titled “Unified Way to Approach B2B & B2C & Real Estate Outlook 2026,” moderated by Realty Quarter Associate Director Mr. Siddhant Thakur.

The panel featured prominent industry professionals, including Mr. Suhail Khandwani of Khandwani Group, Dr. Ajay L.
