Q1. How digital marketing benefits the home buyers?

Ans- It helps buyers to have proper research on the important parameters like Location/Developer Reputation/Possession/ RERA Compliance even before he/she visits   to developers or channel partners.

Q2. How digital marketing benefits the developers / builders?

Ans-With technological advances developers can now reach out to exact target audiences using right strategy/digital partners which eventually helps them not only save on the marketing cost but also higher ROI.

Q3. Do you think the marketing strategies have been changed for the developers? Do they now rely more on digital campaigns?

Ans-Yes off course we have worked with a lot of clients who have increased their digital budget by more than 100% over last 2 years. We infact have done several project launches only on digital platforms.

Q4. Seen the impact of RERA & GST of market been slowdown, how it has impact the advertising campaigns be it digital or print?

Ans- In fact it has become more transparent. Now buyers actually see what they have been offered rather than rendered / stock images or duped into a attractive scheme offered by a c category developers. These initiatives would help buyers to intake correct information via ads which was not the case prior to RERA.

Q5. What are your views on the current real estate scenario?

Ans-India is going through the similar Real Estate revolution geographies like US/UK/Dubai got into around 3 decades back. The market would now get an industry standard.  A lot of corporate players venturing would lead to consolidation not only for developers but also Finance companies/Real Estate Consultants/Contractors/Architects and other stakeholders, better practices across functions from construction to marketing should help get the sentiments back.
