Only 3.99% interest for one year on home loan, this company introduced scheme

Tata Housing has announced a scheme. Under this, home buyers will have to pay 3.99 percent interest rate on home loan for one year. The company will bear the remaining cost itself to attract potential customers. The scheme is valid for 10 projects till 20 November.

The company has said that under this scheme, customers will have to pay only 3.99 percent flat interest rate for one year. The remaining cost will be borne by Tata Housing.

Traditionally, the sale of houses is more during the festive season. This is the reason that real estate developers launch various schemes in the meantime to entice customers.
