The court has decided the Noida Authority and Supertech to adhere to all deadlines. The case’s next hearing is scheduled for May 17.

The court also ordered that the entire amount paid by home buyers be refunded with a 12-percentage-point interest from the time of booking, and that the RWA of the Emerald Court project be compensated for the harassment caused by the construction of the twin towers, which would have blocked sunlight and fresh air to the existing residents of the housing project.
