DDA Housing Scheme 2019 got extended till 10th June.

The improvement of Housing projects by DDA was started in 1967 with the construction of apartments, to provide the basic facilities like electricity, water supply, sewage transfer and other infrastructure facilities. The new projects embraced prompt with acknowledgement of venture sites, an open declaration about the new DDA lodging schemes in different classes through newspapers and other media notices, a formal acknowledgement of the applications, a straightforward draw framework for short-posting of the candidates and finally allotment of the property.

As per the latest news, the new online scheme of Delhi Development Authority’s (DDA) which was launched in March has been prolonged till June 10.

The latest DDA Housing Scheme 2019 was launched on March 25th and offers nearly 18,000 apartments with four various categories. These four categories are HIG, MIG, LIG and EWS. Of the 10,300 apartments, 8,383 are in the LIG class, 2,000 in MIG, 448 in HIG and 8,000 in the EWS section.

According to the sources, DDA is been operated through banks and the applications are being accepted by them only. Currently, there are 10-12 banks who are supporting DDA. As the participants are banks so their own servers and portals are being used. Most of the banks have reported that there are certain reasons due to which they couldn’t get the approvals for loan sanctions. Due to this reason, the entire process has been delayed.

Further, they don’t want to put pressure on the buyer who would want to pay through banks. As the elections process is on, they have decided to give the scheme for an extended time.

 

The registration fees for DDA flats are Rs.10,000 for Janta Flat; Rs.15,000 for 1bhk; Rs.25,000 for EWS;  Rs.1lakh for LIG and Rs.2lakh for MIG & HIG.

 

Documents required after a draw are as follows:

These documents have to be submitted by successful applicants.

i) Self-attested copy of PAN card.

ii) Proof of residence (self-attested copy of passport, ration card, driving license, government identity card, telephone, electricity, or water bill, house tax receipt, bank passbook or Aadhaar card).

iii) Self-attested copy of bank passbook or statement of account, as mentioned in the application form for the last one year, or a copy of the applicant’s income tax return, filed for the assessment year.
