BI Group collaborated with Oberoi Hotels to open 19 serviced apartments in central Delhi.

The company spent nearly Rs 150 crore on real estate and will spend another Rs 100 crore on construction. Trident Residences will be the first of its kind in the capital.

BI is a Delhi-based company. collaborating with Oberoi Hotels to launch 19 ultra-luxury residences in central Delhi, with prices ranging from Rs 20 to Rs 48 crore, indicating that supply for super estate is increasing.

According to BI Chairman Shashank Bhagat, the apartment sizes will range from 4000 to 8000 square feet.

According to him, the company’s land asset is worth around Rs 150 crore, and the capital cost will be around Rs 100 crore.

The 3 apartments are near to Delhi’s Golf and Lodi Gardens.

“The smallest apartments are of around 4000, 4300 and 4700 sq ft (super area) and penthouses are around 8000 sq ft. The smallest apartments start at about Rs 20 crore and the penthouses cost Rs 48 crore. Those were the first ones to sell,” he said.

The deluxe units will be finished by the 3rd quarter of 2023, as per Bhagat.

Aside from place, another distinction is that the residences are did manage by a hotel chain.
