MahaRERA will approach UDD for a portal that displays approvals.
PUNE: The MahaRERA will approach the state’s urban development department (UDD) to establish a dedicated portal for all commencement and occupation certificate approvals.
There is currently no portal that displays such permissions. One of the mandatory requirements for registering a project under the Act is that the promoter submits an application for a commencement certificate.

However, the urban development department did not respond to the query submitted through the single window portal.
