Young Achiever of the Year – Mr. HARSHUL SAVLA, Managing Director MREALTY, and Award received from Shri GyanMadhani, Chairman Builder Association of India (BAI), Mumbai.

Harshul Savla is Managing Director of M Realty, he is a PhD Research Scholar from University of Mumbai with the subject of thesis on REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts)

In addition to being a Real Estate Developer, Harshul is an Educationist and has authored multiple Research Papers which are published in various International Journals

Harshul has won the prestigious CREDAI-MCHI Golden Pillars Awards 2018 as Best Debutant Developer and has been conferred the title of Young Thought Leader by CRISIL

Harshul is also an Advocate and has completed his LL.B from GLC, Mumbai and has completed his Masters in Law from Department of Law, Mumbai University

Harshul is a Visiting Faculty at RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University and at the University of Mumbai Law Academy

Harshul has completed his MBA in Finance from JBIMS with an All India 3rd Rank at MH-CET .
