Shapporji Pallonji and Lokhandwala Infrastructure partnership for Minerva Project – South Mumbai.

As there are many strict rules intended for the Real estate sector. Small builders are joining hands with reputed developers and are completing the projects. For the same, Shapoorji Pallonji Group’s real estate arm SPREL has partnered with Lokhandwala Infrastructure to complete the under-constructed project situated in Minerva (South Mumbai). According to the project management agreement the Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPREL) will create, supervise and advertise the notable project.
The Minerva Project has 90-floor of skyscraper structure which is going to be developed in the Mahalaxmi area of central Mumbai near to the Race Course. Even though one of the projects is structured completely which is named as a tony project, is been delayed for years.
Minerva project offers 3bhk & 5bhk residential apartments and it will also have 4.5bhk & 6bhk duplexes.
Previously, reputed and popularized developers like Godrej Properties and Primal Realty had joined hands with many small developers and had marketed and sold their latest projects.
Lokhandwala Infrastructure and the realty arm of the Shapoorji Pallonji group, SPRE had signed an agreement on Thursday under which it was mentioned that the remaining project will be taken care and will be completed by SPRE on the marquee project Minerva. Also, SPRE is going to do marketing and sale where the starting price of the flat is Rs 20crore.
