Ruparel Realty brings a new range of affordable housing by its Ruparel Pride Project.

The choice of Affordable Housing is getting added and this time it is Ruparel Realty who has declared the launch of a reasonable housing venture under the PMAY, ‘Ruparel Pride’. The project is located in Mumbai’s Kurla East, which will give 130 homes and the base price is Rs63 lakhs. The project is said to be under a new class of Ruparel True Value Homes, which goes for giving homes that are moderate, under the Pradhan MantriAwasYojana (PMAY). Ruparel Pride is at a walkable distance at Nehru Nagar, Kurla East. The organisation is estimating to generate an income of Rs 100 crores from Ruparel Pride.

Ruparel Pride is a 22 storey tower which offers fully furnished air-conditioned apartments. The starting carpet area is from 323 sq.ft for 1bhk and 467 sq.fr for 2bhk. As said earlier the starting price is Rs.63 lakh and that is for 1 Bhk and for 2 Bhk the starting price is Rs 90 lakh. The project is RERA complaint.
