Q2. Tell us something about your Corporate Social Responsibility –CSR activities?
Ans. Public Garden which is in association with Municipal Corporation.

Q3. Lot of debate happened over GST and RERA and its impact on real estate. What is your take on it?
Ans. As there is lot of change in tax slabs, so we see a slowdown, but for longer run it’s definitely good for the economy. Rera is really strong for Real Estate Industry, confidence and reliability has increased from customer’s point of view.

Q4. Affordable Housing is the new rage in real estate now, how Akshar Group defines it?
Ans. As there is a huge requirement for housing in all categories, especially in affordable housing but in down town and greater Mumbai, it’s little difficult to cater affordable housing, but extensions of cities are playing key role and able to suffice requirement in affordable housing. for e.g., Extension of Panvel, Virar, Kalyan and Vasai.

Q5. How has demonetization affected the Real Estate Industry?
Ans. Actually it has not affected real estate industry, especially Maharashtra. It was a temporary panic for a week but later we could see the same demand.

Q6. How far do you think the country has come today as an infrastructure developed nation?
Ans. We see one of the best infrastructure and planning in Navi Mumbai. So, we see a great demand getting carried forward to Navi Mumbai. But still there is a long way to go to call ourselves as developed. We still are in process of a developing nation.
