Online information about housing projects in Noida is now available.

NOIDA: According to officials, people may now verify information about any group housing project in Noida, including its completion certificate, occupancy certificate, number of apartments, and outstanding debts, online.

The information can be found on the Noida Authority website at www.noidaauthorityonline.in under the section titled “Group Housing Builder Projects Information,” they claimed.

The feature was added to the website on Monday, according to Prasun Dwivedi, an officer on special duty for the Noida Authority (Group Housing), and it aims to advance openness and e-governance for the benefit of the general public.

The full information of the group housing projects, including project-wise оc and CC, pending dues, the updated status of sub-leasing paperwork, the number of sanctioned flats, etc., have been shown live on the official website, according to Dwivedi.

According to him, the general public might utilize the information on housing projects to buy and sell apartments based on their needs.

Dwivedi said to PTI: “Many people had been contacting us with feedback expressing the want for such a support system. During the past few months, a system for real-time updates on housing projects has been under development.”

“The system went live today, and we’ll gradually keep tweaking it to improve the user experience. Currently, it might not be entirely correct, but in the days to come, there will be ongoing improvement and information updated frequently, “OSD tacked on.
