Godrej Properties comes up with new residential project in Gurgaon

Godrej Properties has expanded one more residential portfolio in NCR region by adding a new project in Gurgaon. This is 12^th Project Godrej Properties Limited within the NCR region.

This project will offer around 7.5 lakh sq ft of saleable area and will be developed as a group housing development.

“This strengthens our development portfolio in NCR and fits well with our strategy of deepening our presence across India’s leading cities. We will seek to ensure this project delivers a great experience for its residents,” said Pirojsha Godrej, Executive Chairman, Godrej Properties that had entered the NCR property market five years ago.
