CREDAI launches Awaas app to help buyers find their desired property.

Abhay Shah - February 17, 2020

In order to make home buyers buy property easily by reputable developers, The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI) has launched an application. The app helps buyers to find their preferred projects and directly contact developers.

The app was launched by Chattisgarh RERA Chief Vivek Dhand and by Minister of Transport, Housing and Environment, Forest, Chattisgarh’s Law, Mohammad Akbar.

On the occasion of the “First National RERA Conclave” held on 4 November 2019 in Lucknow, State Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs Hardeep Singh Puri asked the developers to introduce a credible e-commercial network to restore the confidence of the purchasers in the industry. A similar app was introduced earlier by the National Real Estate Development Council (Naredco).

CREDAI Awaas App is an exclusive application that presents projects from 220 cities and 20,000 CREDAI developers across the nation.

“As technology has been implemented, the real estate sector has become more regulated and competitive. The launch of CREDAI’s AWAAS App is one of several initiatives aimed at making developers and home purchasers more comfortable and trustworthy by leveraging the technical strength,” said CREDAI Chairman Jaxay Shah. “This app will help developers to sell their completed projects more easily and to improve the overall sentiment of home buyers,” he said.

“The mobile app will enhance sector transparency and enhance trust among developers and home buyers since the real estate sector has evolved.

This portal will allow customers within India and abroad to unambiguously discover their preferred projects and developers,” said CREDAI President, Satish Magar.
