Mumbai glittered with celebration and recognition as Realty Quarter, the premier online real estate portal and print publication founded by Mr. Pawan Chauhan, marked its 8th Glorious Anniversary with the “Real Estate & Construction Industry Leadership Awards 2025.”

The grand event, a testament to Realty Quarter’s enduring commitment to the sector over the past eight years, was graced by the presence of Shri Ramdas Athawale Ji, Minister of State for Social Justice & Empowerment of India, alongside a constellation of industry leaders, channel partners, and esteemed guests.

The evening commenced with the auspicious lighting of the lamp by dignitaries and Mr. Pawan Chauhan, the driving force behind Realty Quarter, which has grown into a multifaceted company encompassing media, publications, events, and exhibitions across national and international markets over its 17 years of experience in the real estate and construction domain.

Mr. Chauhan eloquently highlighted Realty Quarter’s journey since its inception in 2016, emphasizing its role in providing crucial updates and news to the industry.

The ceremony was enriched by insightful keynote speeches. Advocate Ameet Mehta, Managing Partner of Solicis Lex, Partner in Zurich Media House LLP, and Trustee at Himgiri Gurukul Trust, shared his profound legal expertise, particularly on cooperative issues and Indian property laws.

His significant contributions were acknowledged as Mr. Pawan Chauhan presented him with a token of appreciation. The second keynote speaker, Dr. Sanjay Chaturvedi, Founder of REAL ESTATE LAW JOURNAL, a dedicated research publication established in 2019, drew upon his 35 years of industry experience to offer valuable perspectives on real estate law.
