Noida Authority releases a website to issue OC and CC online.

The Noida Authority is ready to issue an occupancy certificate and completion certificate online. On 25 September the applications webpage will be inaugurated and certificates will be issued for residential and industrial areas. Access to the software is possible via the website of the Noida Authority and from the Nivesh Mitra website, a single-window system for Uttar Pradesh investors.

Ritu Maheshvari, CEO of the Noida Authority said that “One of the main objectives is to take all procedures online in a timely manner so that we can enhance effectiveness and deliver transparency.”

Officials said that the certificates can now be applied for and the payment for processing fees can also be paid online. The date and time of the visit to the survey would be sent to the applicant once the authority gets the application. A report will be drawn up and downloaded following a physical survey and can also be viewed on the Website.

If any compounding charges apply, then it can also be paid online. A digitally signed certificate would be issued once all processes are complete. “We’re starting with residential and industrial plots, and we can have feedback,” an official said.

Procedure to get the Documents Online:

Step 1: Visit the Noida Authority Website.

Step 2: Click on Online Completion Certificate System (On the left-hand side under Building Cell category).

Step 3: You will be redirected to a separate tab, fill in all the details and pay the processing fees.

Step 4: Check Date and Time of the Survey Visit.

Step 5: After Survey, once the OC/CC is issued, get a digital copy through the same portal.
